Presale Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting our first-ever Bamboo Pajama collection! Since this is a presale, our return and exchange policy is slightly different from traditional retail. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only

• We accept exchanges or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Due to limited stock, exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead. 

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds on presale items unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. 
• If you receive a faulty item, please email us at loziacreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. 

Important Notes

• Since this is a presale, your order will be ready for delivery/pickup in approximately 4-6 weeks. 
• Returns/exchanges will be processed after orders have been fulfilled.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
